Claire Holloway, MDA

Being the daughter of a highly respected Australian Diplomat and Ambassador to Australia, the ability to get on with people was part of Claire’s upbringing. Moving around diplomatic posts as her father’s diplomatic career blossomed exposed Claire to many ideas and cultures the average person would never experience.

Claire’s initial career intention was to follow in her father’s footsteps with a diplomatic career and to this end she did three degrees at Australian National University culminating in a Masters of Development Administration. This degree, which involved studying how people and countries are organized and run, was to have a profound impact on the development of the final version of Freedom Management.  When Claire made the decision, much to the astonishment of those who knew her, to become a business woman rather than serve Australia as a diplomat, Claire could not have understood how big an impact she would make on Australian business.

Having started working with Freedom Management 15 years ago, Claire has been involved in the evolution of the product since the early days of field testing and development. She is expert at applying the system and has been instrumental in some fantastic results with clients when installing Freedom Management. Claire is very popular with clients and she works well across all levels of a business.

She also has an enviable track record in hiring employees and managers at all levels of a business for clients. She recently wrote our Hiring Manual as well as becoming the main contributor through her field work to Freedom Management. Most importantly, she helps deliver clients more free time and productivity in their business with a lot less stress, while helping generate substantial profits for clients at the same time.
