The vision for Freedom Management was to research and develop a failsafe management system for privately-owned businesses.

Starting with customer focused research 20 years ago and then incorporating the ideas of the learning organization, systems thinking and many successful entrepreneurial global businesses, Freedom Management was first published as a management system in 1996. The first publication was followed up with 15 years of testing and modification to ensure that nothing about the system fails. The term “Holy Grail of Business Management” reflects the evidence that Freedom Management can find an answer to every problem a business encounters and a way to turn every problem into a profitable opportunity.

After hundreds of successful change management programs with over 300 businesses and their staff from a variety of industries in the last 15 years, Freedom Management can has been used to deal with every situation a business faces and multiple times. It is based on customer service for a fair price delivered by switched-on, engaged staff who take pride in their work because they feel included. When Freedom Management has been tested against any business problem, even when there is a lack of proper finance, this system has not only solved the problem, it has helped people create outstanding management solutions.

While our business revolves around Freedom Management, we came to the conclusion that the system was too valuable to restrict peoples’ access to it by selling it. So we make it available Free to anyone who wants to start or fine tune a business for success. Besides, Freedom Management is not an original idea: it is the sum of thousands of conversations with clients starting with 1100 of the worlds best companies in the late 80’s and 90’s. It has involved the over 5000 attendees at 15 years of business management and leadership courses. These courses, delivered on behalf of government, industry organizations and businesses have thrown up so many ideas that now form part of Freedom Management it is hard to identify who contributed what. At the very least everyone who has attended our training courses deserve a copy of the finished product.

We consider it is ‘finished’ because it has been developed and tested more thoroughly than any other system for running a business. Its simple focus on the customer and building cooperation amongst employees means that it is possible for business people to slash the time they spend running a business or double or treble their income in just months.
